HEALTH FUND REBATES

– Health Fund Rebate is available for Remedial massage session minimum 45 mins or more.

– We will provide the receipt with our provider number for you to claim directly from your insurance company.

– We are not able to issue health fund rebate for past treatments.

GIFT VOUCHERS

-This Gift Voucher can be redeemed on all massage services from Charm Siam Thai Massage.

-Without presenting the Gift Vouchers you cannot be receive any services or treatments.

-Gift Voucher are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot redeemable for cash.

-Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
